How do I find apartments with pickleball courts near me?
Search by ZIP code to see communities with on-site dedicated courts, shared or multi-use courts, or courts within walking distance, along with other amenities like 55+ living or pet-friendly units.
Can my apartment community list for free?
Yes. Any community can claim a free profile with one listing. Claiming lets you control your property's name, photos and details and respond to renter inquiries.
What does the $99/month featured listing include?
A featured listing gets priority placement on its region page and in search results, up to 8 photos, and renter inquiries sent directly to you by email.
Are the pickleball courts open to all residents?
Court access, hours and any reservation system are set by each community and can change — confirm current rules directly with the leasing office before you tour or sign a lease.
How do I claim my community's profile?
If your property appears with a "Claim this property" button, that listing was added without an account. Click claim, verify you manage the property, and you can update it or upgrade to a featured listing.
Are listings verified?
Listings are created or claimed by the communities themselves. Pickleball Apartments does not verify court count, condition, availability, pricing or amenities — confirm everything directly with the community.
